Billing cycles are based on a monthly period. If you sign up on the 1st of March and use the service for 15 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, it means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 16 days of service remaining to be used in the future.
Nope, you are able to request as many tasks as you would like and they will be completed one by one.
Each task will be completed within 72 hours during the working week. So, if you submit a task request on Friday it will be completed by the next Tuesday.
Yes, you can request changes to existing tasks as often as you like, however each update will reset the 72 hour timer.
