We've designed our process to be as hands-off as possible. After initial consultations, you're free to focus on running your business while we handle the tech.
We use a client dashboard in Notion where you can request development or design tasks. In Notion you can write out your request, share your google docs, attached documents and add comments. It offers lots of flexibility so we can begin working on your request asap.
We understand you may not have tasks that need doing that add up to an entire month, so in those instances you can simply pause your subscription.
Billing cycles are based on a monthly period. If you sign up on the 1st March and use the service for 15 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, it means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 16 days of service remaining to be used in the future.
Each task will be completed within 3-5 days during the working week. So, if you submit a task request on Friday it will be completed by the next Tuesday or Thursday.
